I got the ACS cleaner in 3 days, which was faster than expected. The bottle was wrapped in plastic and completely heat sealed, not just in a bag tied with a knot. That was a very good thing because when I opened the plastic the whole inside was wet with the product. The cap was barely on (maybe a half turn) and the inner seal was open more than 1/4" so the fluid was leaking out. Now who do I fault for this? I have no idea. The seal could have split if the package was dropped by the shipper. Whoever shrink wrapped the bottle could have made sure the cap was on tight. Something else? So, manufacturer? Retailer? Shipper? Beats me but, considering the quick delivery and the mess saving packaging, I would buy from Hearthshire again.One other thing, the spray pump doesn't work. I tried priming, holding it submerged, could not get it to pump. That's on the manufacturer.As for the ACS cleaner, there's nothing like it that I've tried. It removes the impossible kitchen and grille grease that Fantastic and 409 can't even budge. We first got it from our chimneysweep 25 years ago. Back then we were charged $30 so, we were happy when we started seeing it offered to the public.
